Deposit of 10% is required at point of booking, with remainder payable 1 month prior to rental date, or if less than 1 month to booking date 100% payable upon reservation of apartment

10 days = £30 x 10 = £300 + £30 = £330
14 days = £30 x 14 = £420 + £30 = £450
21 days = £30 x 21 = £630 + £30 = £660
28 days = £30 x 28 = £840 + £30 = £870
for a 2 month+ rental, we discount this cost to £650/month
